ENI JPDA 11-106 B.V. is the operator of the exploration block JPDA 11-106, located in the Joint Petroleum Development Area (JPDA), between Australia and Timor-Leste. This expression of interest is seeking a supplier to deliver graduate training modules for ten (10) Timorese graduates.

Purpose: In accordance with the commitment in the PSC, ENI JPDA 11-106 B.V. will be conducting a graduate training program for Timor-Leste nationals and permanent residents, to learn the skills required to successfully compete for employment on the oil and gas industry.

Specific Services and Goods: ENI is looking for companies which could deliver one, some or all of the following modules in Dili for the training program:

1. Reading and Comprehending Safety Procedures and Work Instructions.
2. Standard Offshore HSE Practices Course (offshore/onshore systems, Hazard and Risk Management, Permit To Work (PTW), Job Safety.
3. Intermediate to advanced Computer Systems Training.
4. Intensive Vocationally-based English Training.
5. TBOSIET (Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) including Fire Fighting.
6. CSTP Course (Common Safety Training Program).

Qualifications and Competencies: Companies that wish to be considered for the proposed training program module delivery need to meet the following pre-requisites and provide supporting information by responding to this advertisement:

3. Provide a proven track record of providing the services in the region.
