Tender Description
The Aboriginal Problem Gambling Training Program tender is seeking interest in delivering up to 20 scholarships a year (over three years) to Aboriginal health and welfare counsellors to undertake an intensive introduction to problem gambling; up to six traineeships over three years to offer opportunities for Aboriginal people to complete a Diploma of Counselling with the Problem Gambling Skill Set; and up to three Cadetships for Aboriginal University undergraduates studying in a relevant field who are interested in completing the Problem Gambling Skill Set.
The tender has two parts: project management to ensure effective delivery of the program over three years and training of participants in the program.
The successful tenderer for the training component of the project must be a Registered Training Organisation.
