Expressions of Interest: Fixed period to 31st December 2017 The Australian National University Union Inc. provides a number of commercial services (Catering, Retail and Bar) to its members and the ANU community. The Union Building is situated in Union Court which is the central hub of university life. Other commercial services in the area include Banks, Travel Agency, Pharmacy, Bakery, News Agency, Post Office, Book Shop, Mobile Phone Outlet, Dentist, Computer Shop, Subway and various Restaurants. The ANU Union is currently looking to provide licenses on two of its allocated commercial spaces.

AREA 1: is located on the ground floor of the Union Building and is approximately 19.1 sqm. Direct access to the Staff and Student body via the Union Court Refectory in a high pedestrian flow area. Located immediately adjacent to the ANU Bar this space has a fully equipped commercial kitchen keeping fit out costs to a minimum. Interest from an innovative fast food / hamburger style menu would be favoured.

AREA 2: is located on the first floor of the Union Building being approximately 55.3 sqm. Currently occupied by a Hairdresser but we are open to alternative uses. This space is located adjacent to other professional services including Dentist, Optometrist, Computer Shop and Cafés. Extremely high pedestrian flow area with external access for afters hours trade.
