The Cradle Coast Commuter Transport Project seeks to create a comprehensive, ‘one stop’ easy to use, web-based resource providing information about all general access passenger transport services (including routes, fares and timetables) on the North West coast via the production of a digital timetable and scheduling platform.

The product (digital timetable and scheduling platform) must be developed so as to be suitable for future application in a statewide context.

The project will deliver the following outputs:
* A live digital timetable and scheduling platform for the Cradle Coast commuter transport network including urban services in Burnie and Devonport. 
* Negotiated agreement with service providers to input and maintain accurate timetable, route and fare information via interface.
* DDA compliant, print-friendly web-based passenger interface providing route, timetable and fare information for passengers, which is tablet and smartphone compatible;
* An effective and efficient model for the ongoing ownership, maintenance and monitoring of the web platform; and
* Identification of what is required to enable the Metro app to be applied to all General Access bus services on the North West coast.
