Tender Description
This RFT seeks responses from tenderers who are able to provide the Fixed Telephony Services requirements at all the Court registries as set out in this document for use by the Court. The services required will be purchased by the Court to meet the demands of the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court (the Court), the Family Court of Australia (FCoA) and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (FCC).
Through this RFT the Court is seeking to select a telecommunications carrier to deliver the following:
A. Fixed Telephony Access Services for the Registry PABXs listed in this RFT;
B. Fixed Telephony Call Services (including international calls) from the Registry PABXs listed in this RFT;
C. Inbound Call Services for the National Enquiry Centre (NEC) located at Parramatta;
D. Direct PSTN Telephony Services at all Registry locations and for residential services;
E. Associated Services as detailed in this RFT; and
F. Audio Teleconferencing Facilities (Optional).
There is a preference for a single national supplier to provide all the fixed telephony services required, however, the Court may, at it obsolute discreation, choose to pocure the services from a combination of suppliers. Where appropriate, tenderers may respond to provide only a part of the whole requirement.
Solutions offered which effectively provide the requirements using IP based solutions independent of the Court data network will be considered.
