Endeavour Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with a disability. It has more than 300 properties in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and has recently expanded to South Australia. The size of works ranges from minor maintenance to major capital works for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Endeavour Foundation invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested and qualified builders to be on a Building Contractor Panel for construction, major capital upgrades and large maintenance jobs and is also seeking contractors for the following works:
* Residential and non-residential construction
* Concreting
* Brick laying
* Roofing services
* Structural steel work
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* Solar
* HVAC
* Security equipment and services
* Plastering
* Carpentry
* Tilling and carpeting
* Painting
* Glazing
* Landscaping
* Waterproofing
* Curtains and blinds
* Tree lopping
* Pest control
* Asbestos-related services
Interested contractors should contact Marisa Kovacevic at m.kovacevic@endeavour.com.au for detailed information, an EOI pack and queries. Applications close on 31st December 2014 at 5pm. Prequalification will be carried out according to the guidelines in EOI pack and a request for quotes will then be issued to shortlisted contractors.
