Tenders are sought from experienced contractors for construction of stage 2 of Opua Marina at Opua, Bay of Islands. Construction of the marina is to proceed under three separate contracts namely Civil works including seawall, reclamation, associated utilities, dredging and spoil disposal (Contract 3020), Marina construction which shall include all floating elements together with services & including the removal & replacement of existing pile moorings & additions to Ashby's Boatyard berths (Contract 3021) and carpark pavement construction on the existing reclamation adjacent to FNHL Office Building (Contract 3022).

Contractors may submit tenders for one or more of the above contracts. Tender documents and specification including plans are available for collection from the office of Far North Holdings Ltd, 27 Baffin Street, Opua or via email.
