Contract Management and Supervision of Housing Kits.
Lorengau Hospital, Manus Island Papua New Guinea.

The Papua New Guinea (PNG) country program of Australian Government aid is a complex, diverse and dynamic program. The program has a very strong focus on achieving tangible results for the people of PNG.

The Health and Education Procurement Facility (HEPF) is funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and has been commissioned to implement a large infrastructure and equipment program designed to strengthen the PNG health and education sectors.

HEPF intend to engage Consultancy Services to manage the scoping, design, refurbishment and construction, including the tender for the works, of the following infrastructure at Lorengau Hospital, Manus Island:
* The construction of nine (9) new staff accommodations kitset method has been specified for the new build.
* The refurbishment of existing staff accommodation (i.e. those identified in the Master Plan for Lorengau Hospital (2014) stated to be in reasonable condition).

The tender documentation will be available from our office in Port Moresby between the hours of 0900-1600, Monday to Friday from the 2nd of February 2015 or alternatively through www.tenderlink.com/hepf/. Interested parties must register with the HEPF team at the email address provided below. (An administration charge of PGK 200 will apply to hard copy printed versions of the tender documentation picked up from our office)

A pre-tender briefing meeting will be held at 1400hrs on 2nd February 2015 at our premises at the address below.

The bid submission deadline is Friday 20th of February at 15:00 hrs local time.
