Western Leisure Services is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of cleaning services for:
(a) the Wyndham Leisure & Events Centre;
(b) the Werribee Sports & Fitness Centre; and
(c) the Werribee Olympic Outdoor Pool,

Western Leisure Services is seeking Proposals for the provision of cleaning services for either:
(a) all of the Facilities; or
(b) some of the Facilities.

Western Leisure Services wishes to procure a cleaning service for the Facilities that ensures that the Facilities meet all public health and safety standards and are each of agreeable appearance by contemporary community standards.

Western Leisure Services wishes for the Services to be provided in a manner that:
(a) Provides a new standard of cleaning and presentation in the leisure industry, far exceeding standard industry cleanliness standards, likened to that experienced in the five star hotel environment;
(b) Uses technological advancements and enhancers to report and manage cleanliness trends and needs;
(c) Encourages full utilisation of the Facilities;
(d) Preserves the attractiveness and general amenity of the Facilities; and
(e) Exceeds cleanliness expectations of members and guests utilising the Facilities.

The following objectives provide the basis for the approach by Western Leisure Services with respect to the requirements of the Contract:
(a) Adhere to all legislated and other necessary health and safety standards;
(b) Maintain facility cleanliness and presentation to an agreed acceptably high standard at all times;
(c) Continual quality monitoring and communication systems to ensure all issues and non-conformances are rectified in a timely manner.
(d) Proceed with cleaning so as to minimise interference with the occupants and/or users of the Facilities;
(e) Provide an environment that encourages usage of the Facilities by the community, through the clean and neat appearance of the Facilities; and
(f) Promote community pride in the Facilities.
