Tender Description
Our client is a large food manufacturing company located on the New South Wales Central Coast.
The manufacturing facilities are of the order of 40 years old. Extensive maintenance work is now required for the external roof and drainage items and (in many areas) the lined ceiling above food preparation and distribution areas. Some upgrading of structural steelwork will also be involved.
It will be essential that the day to day manufacturing facilities remain on line to the maximum extent possible during the execution of the construction works.
All work will be required to comply with the Australian Standard for Design, construction and fit-out of food premises and ANZ Food Standards Code.
Expressions of interest are invited solely from building contractors able to demonstrate a proven capacity to carry out works of this nature. Names of previous clients (within the last 2 - 3 years) will need to be provided, together with the names and contact details of high level management referees from such clients.
