This is a Quality Assurance contract.

This project is funded by the State and Australian Governments.

EOI submissions are invited from organisations that have the relevant independent certification capability for the design and construction of a major road and tunnel construction project (comparable scale) in a major city and to Australian road authority standards or equivalent.

The organisation to provide independent certification services will be selected through a two phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit an EOI. The EOI submissions will be evaluated against the specified criteria in order to shortlist applicants for participation in the second phase. The second phase will be governed by separate requests for tender for both the M4 East and New M5 to shortlisted applicants and a detailed evaluation process.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.

EOI information will not be released until WDA has received a signed copy of the Process Deed and a completed Registration Form registering your company or consortium. instructions for signing the Process Deed and other matters are contained as a file within Participation Instructions.

Please return a signed copy of the Process Deed and the Registration Form to info@westconnex.com.au with the subject 'M4 East and New M5 EOI - IC Services'. Include in this email a nominated email address (this email address must be that of the Primary Contact of the Applicant) for receipt of a passcode for the EOI.

Upon receipt of a signed copy of the Process Deed and all Registration and Request Forms, a passcode will be sent via email to your nominated address.
