Tender Description
Navantia Australia is interested in hearing from Australian manufacturers of Ballast Water Treatment Plants.
The Ballast Water Treatment Plant will have a total system capacity of between 1400-1500 m3/h to treat approx. 6500 m3 of ballast water.
The Ballast Water Treatment Plant will need to be built under the Lloyds Register Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Naval Ships (2014). The plant will also need to meet the following standards and directives:
IMO Resolution MECP.174(58);
IMO Resolution MECP.169(57); and
Regulation D-2 Ballast Water Performance Standard
More information will be supplied once an MOU is signed.
