Tender Description

The Australian Antarctic Division (AAD) is seeking to engage a Service Provider (SP) to maintain both Building Management and Security systems. The AAD has several critical systems/facilities that require close monitoring to ensure any failure is detected and reported within the time parameters set by the AAD.

The critical operations include fire alarms, emergency shower alarms, person down alarms, krill aquarium facilities, refrigeration amenities and HVAC systems and security systems. More detail is set out in the Statement of Requirements.
