In preparation for the implementation of the ICON software, schools are required to meet ICT infrastructure requirements. An independent review of each school’s ICT infrastructure is required and the opportunity to amend any areas of the current infrastructure in preparation for the ICON implementation. This will be required progressively over the next two–three years following a planned rollout schedule yet to be finalised.  

Vendor to conduct an on-site ICT infrastructure audit for all Victorian Catholic schools.

Vendor will develop a traffic light report for every Victorian Catholic school on the health of their school IT infrastructure. 

Vendor will develop and provide a summary report for CECV on the results of Victorian Catholic school ICT infrastructure audits, including recommendations/remediation information and activities required to assist the school in improving its ICT infrastructure.
