Tender Description
Positive Charge is managing this Expression of Interest on behalf of Moreland City Council. The EoI is for the delivery of a residential solar PV bulk buy program and/or a commercial solar PV program and/or the supply of energy efficient lighting options for residents and businesses across Moreland.
The bulk buy program will operate until December 31st 2015 with the possibility of an extension into 2016 subject to review. The EoI is primarily focussed on the Moreland community however there is the possibility that the offer can be made available to other participating Positive Charge councils where there is interest.
