The Agency seeks a range of Goods and Services to support replacement of Core Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Infrastructure, to obtain improved applications and to provide integration services.

It is envisaged Core ICT Infrastructure will encompass virtualisation, private on premises cloud and technologies that will result in improvements to current infrastructure.

Improved applications are envisaged for case and wokflow management, document handling, content management, digitisation of records and big data analytical services.

Integration services capable of working with existing and new core infrastructure as well as related services will be required.

The Agency seeks access to latest innovative technology that is able to be demonstrated in various reference sites. As well as the larger organisations, the Agency encourages participation by small and medium businesses where much innovation is known to reside.

The ability and willingness of providers to work collaboratively in an Integrated Program Team environment is crucial to incorporate innovation into existing and new infrastructure.
