This is a Quality Control contract.

Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for the maintenance of rest areas at various locations along Hume Highway and other roads in South West Region.

This contract is for maintenance of rest areas at various locations along Hume Highway and other roads in South West Region.

This is a Work-As-Ordered contract based on Schedule of Rates and the Offer Term is for a period of 12 months. The RMS, at its absolute discretion, may consider up to two 12 months extensions subject to an agreement with the Contractor.

Organisations seeking to submit a Tender must have:

* Demonstrated previous experience in maintaining similar type facilities;
* Demonstrated capability in delivery of works of similar value;
* Demonstrated financial capacity / soundness to undertake the work;
* Suitable personnel, plant, equipment and subcontractors; and
* Other requirements as detailed in RFT.

Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. A Pre-tender meeting for this contract will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, 18 June 2015 at Best Western Centre Town Motel which is located at 77 Lagoon Street, Goulburn.
