Tender Description
To facilitate consideration by the Mental Health Court of each Patient, the Mental Health Court Registrar orders an examination of the Patient under section 422 of the Mental Health Act 2000 (Qld) to be undertaken by an appropriate professional and that such examination include all psychiatric, psychological or neuropsychological investigations as appear necessary.
Offers are invited by the Department of Health in this Request for Offer (RFO) 300515 for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of Court Examination Order reports.
