Scope Global, the Managing Contractor for the Australia Awards South and West Asia Program (the Program) is seeking tenders for the design and delivery of the Short Course Award (SCA): Business Incubator Management - Pakistan.

Organisations intending to submit a tender should familiarize themselves with the content of the Short Course Awards (SCA) Handbook and details in this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation. The SCA Handbook is available from the Scope Global Program Manager.

Details of the course are included later in this RFT (see Section 4–Scope of Services).

To tender to design and deliver this five (5) week short course the lead business must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia or an Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2003 Table A, B and C.
