The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: Soil erosion rectification and remediation of gabion stormwater drop structure.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

A mandatory site meeting will be held at John Hunter Hospital, Lookout Road, New Lambton Heights, meeting at the Parking and Amenity Location at 10:00 am on 09 July 2015.

Please refer to Diagram 1 (P82/147 in the tender specification) - the reference "Parking and Amenity Location" is the meeting location.

Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
