The Works include, but are not necessarily limited to, the matters or things referred to in the following outline description of the Works and this Specification:
* Flocculation tank(s) and clarifier(s);
* Flocculation mixers;
* Sludge removal system from the clarifier(s);
* Pipework including:

All required valves and fittings

Tie ins for clarifier inlet pipe, clarifier outlet pipe , overflow pipe and clarifier sludge pipe
* Reinforced concrete works;
* Access walkways to and on top of flocculation and clarifier tanks;
* Remove segment of security fence, construction of temporary fencing and construction of access track;
* Sample water pipework, valves and connection(s) (including sample pump if required);
* New analysers and instrumentation including:

PH analyser for combined inlet to flocculation tank
Turbidity analyser(s) for clarified water
Level switches in or flocculation tank(s) and clarifier overflow.
Flow meter in new clarifier sludge pipe
Inlet Main Flowmeter

* Electrical, control system works for connection to the WTP PLC and SCADA system for monitoring and integrated control of the new clarifier with the overall WTP operation;
* Lighting for access at the clarifier and flocculation tanks;
* Associated O&M manuals and "As Constructed" drawings;
* All other works necessary for satisfactory operation of the new clarifier system;
* Control philosophy document and HAZOP workshop for the proposed clarifier system;
* Relocation of existing services;
* New clarifier roof ( provisional) and pressure filter backwash pump system ( provisional);
* Testing and commissioning period;
* Proof of performance testing;

Training of Wannon Water personnel; and Defects Liability Period services.
