Tender Description
AGL Loy Yang requires approx. 10,000t/year of Tivoli "H" Black Coal transported from the New Hope loading point at Jondaryan Queensland to the AGL Loy Yang power station in Victoria. The black coal will be used as auxiliary fuel. Usage is intermittent so Black Coal delivery rates will need to be varied from time to time to suit our needs.
The transport contractor must act as AGL Loy Yang's agent to arrange the coal loading and transport logistics so that the optimum stockpile of coal is maintained at AGL Loy Yang.
The initial contract period will be to 30/6/17.
The PDF attachment contains all documents relating to this RFP. The scope of work which describes our requirements is on pages 15 and 16 of this PDF. The supplier code of conduct questionnaire does not need to be completed at this stage.
