ICTSS.13.03 (B) - ICT Services Standing Offer Arrangement - Refresh 2
The Invitiation to Offer is released by the Queensland Government, through the ICT Strategic Sourcing business unit of the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI). This is an Invitation to Offer for the second refresh of the pre-qualified standing offer arrangement (SOA) for ICT Services..
This is an evergreen SOA, available for use by Whole-of-Government (WoG), for which ICT industry service suppliers are pre-qualified to provide categories of ICT Services, based on the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) http://www.sfia-online.org/en.
Please note, the provision of hardware and software is generally out of scope of this SOA, as are ICT services that are currently availble through other SOA available for use by WoG, including Part A of the ICT Services SOA (Project and Program and Gated Assurance)
