Tender Description
Building The Diocesan Catholic Education Office (DCEO) is inviting contractors to express interest for the construction of a new GLA building at St Anne’s Catholic primary school at Sarina. The project will comprise a new two storey GLA building with two classrooms on the first floor and an undercroft on the ground, two new accessible ramps and the demolition of an existing building.
Expressions of interest should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, staff nominated for project management and site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems.
From the EOI’s received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the proprietor, (The Roman Catholic Trust Corporation for the Diocese of Rockhampton).
The DCEO can provide a guide on the criteria for selection, upon request.
