Basketball ACT wishes to invite any organisation and/or individual to bid for services outlined in this tender.

Basketball ACT is the State Governing Body and Competition Administrator for Basketball within the ACT. With over 6,500 members and an estimated 250,000 visitors annually the BACT Kiosk is a key service to our members and stakeholders.

BACT will provide the successful tenderer with an up to date events calendar.

BACT may also provide some kitchen equipment by negotiation such as a deep fryer and Bain Marine which the successful tenderer may or may not use.

The successful tenderer will agree to the following conditions:
* Open all weeknights and weekends when competitions are held
* Open when any SEABL or other event is held
* Offer healthy eating options
* BACT are able to sell drinks from the vending machine and sell alcohol at SEABL events.

Tender Briefing:
A tender briefing will be held on Friday 25 September 2015 at 11.00 am at the Belconnen Basketball Stadium, 42 Oatley Court Belconnen.

The successful Tender will be advised by 2nd October 2015 and be expected to commence on Friday 16 October or by negotiation ASAP.
