Gibbagunya is a farm located on the East side of Quindanning/Darkan Road in the Shire of Williams, Western Australia. It is approximately 7 kilometres south of Quindanning and 40 kilometres west of the town of Williams. The property is within a rural zoned area under the Shire of Williams current Town Planning Scheme.

Major infrastructure for the farming operation includes one house, machinery shed, shearing shed, super shed, sheep yards and three grain silos.

The Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC) is seeking expressions of interest from Indigenous incorporated organisations to lease the property for a three year period to undertake activities or establish enterprises that benefit Indigenous people. The ILC purchases properties on behalf of Indigenous people to provide access to land to protect cultural and environmental values and to provide social and economic benefits.

The successful applicant will have (or has a strong partnership arrangement with an organisation that has) a proven track record in Indigenous employment and program delivery, and the achievement of outcomes for Indigenous people.
