The Buloke Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Proponents to enter into a long term lease, under which the Proponent will develop and operate the Donald Caravan Park as a quality tourist caravan park. The Donald Caravan Park is located on a Crown Land Reserve within the township of Donald.

Council’s principal objectives of are to secure a reliable tenant with a quality proposal for the development of the premises as a quality tourist caravan park at no cost to Council.

Proponents must be able to demonstrate they have appropriate experience and resources to develop, promote and operate a quality tourist caravan park and be able to achieve a financial return to Council which represents value for money.

Proposals must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope (exclusive of any company logos or similar identification), which is clearly marked “EoI for Contract No. C33 2015/16 – Lease of Donald Caravan Park” and deposited in Council’s tender box which is located in the customer service reception area at Council’s Wycheproof Office 367 Broadway (PO Box 1), Wycheproof VIC 3527 no later than the closing date and time for Proposals.

The closing date and time for Proposals is Thursday 5th November 2015 at 2:00pm ADST.
