Expression of Interest: Moss Vale Police Station

Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions, Project Manager to the NSW Police Force, is inviting suitably qualified Head Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for participation in the tender for the construction of a new Local Area Command (LAC) Police Station in Moss Vale.

The project involves:
* Construction and fitout of  new 4.5 NABERS rated LAC Police Station including demolition of existing structures
* Anticipated commencement February 2016, with 12 month construction period
* Gross floor area of 1.53 3m2 over two levels
* 765m2 of secure vehicle parking on ground level and external holding bays & secure storage
* External works, utilities connections (including new substations), accesses, local roadway alterations, related upgrades and landscape works
* Relocation of current operations from nearby existing facility to completed building
* Liaison and coordination with NSW Police Force and Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions in the delivery of the works, relocated and handover phases

The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (EOI or tender response) and to any successful applications being awarded.
