Tender 4/2015 - Wellington Council NSW is seeking tenderers for the
Rygate Park Oval Lighting Upgrade

ABOUT THE TENDERER:
Wellington Council is located NSW, 40mins south of Dubbo & 50mins north of Orange in the Central plains.

Nestled at the foothills of the Mt Arthur Reserve on the banks of the Macquarie and Bell Rivers, Wellington is the second-oldest town west of the Blue Mountains.

In present day agriculture is the key industry in the Wellington Local Government Area, with the steeper land to the east supporting mainly grazing activities and the gentle undulating land to the west supporting mainly cereal production.

ABOUT THE TENDER:
The RYGATE PARK OVAL LIGHTING UPGRADE, is the upgrade of the existing lighting facilities at Rygate Park Wellington, to facilitate enhanced lighting for night competitions.

Design, Submission & Installation Objectives

Submit a detailed design for the Rygate Park Oval Lighting Upgrade, by providing a Lump Sum Price for each of the following Options & Parts.

Option 1
The design is to suit the installation of a 500 Lux lighting system.
The installation is to be for a 500 Lux lighting system.

Option 2
The design is to suit the installation of a 500 Lux lighting system.
The installation is to initially be for a 250 Lux lighting system.

Option 3
Part A
The design is to suit the installation of a 500 Lux lighting system.
The installation is to initially be for a 250 Lux lighting system.
Part B
Followed by the further installation up to a 500 Lux lighting system, when further funds become available.
