Civil Works McAuley College; Beaudesert Civil Contractors are invited to submit Written Expressions of Interest for consideration in a selected tender for the separate Cvil Works Contract for the new Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) Secondary College in Beaudesert (due for opening 2017).

The works shall include: - Cut to fill for 7.2 hectare site. - Preparation of all building platforms. - Car park for 126 cars and drop off facilities (17 cars and 2 buses). - Full size oval. - Service road and main entry paths. - Major trunk services including SW bio-retention.

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 18 NOVEMBER 2015 (closing on 16 December 2015), with work to commence LATE JANUARY 2016 for completion END OF MAY 2016. Applicants should forward their submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current and full data; financial status and current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works.

Short-listed tenderers must be prepared to provide sufficient financial data to allow due diligence investigation.
