The RYGATE PARK OVAL PLAYING AREA UPGRADE, is the upgrade of the existing Oval Playing Area Surface at Rygate Park Wellington.

Design & Construction Objectives

Submit a Detailed Design & Construction Program for the Rygate Park Oval Playing Area Upgrade, by providing a Lump Sum Price for each of the following Parts A & B.

Part A Detailed design of all works

Design playing area of oval nominating Final Surface Levels (FSL).

Design a suitable "Soil, Sand & Compost Mix Ratio", to achieve a free draining playing surface, to overcome the existing Oval's compaction issues.

Part B Construction
Deep rip & cultivate Oval Playing area.
Re-Turf Oval & Cricket Pitch.
Water & maintain the entire Oval Playing Area including the Cricket Pitch until Handover.
