Hurstville City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified, independent and specialised property Valuers for the provision of valuation reports and general real estate advice to ensure the best commercial and/or community outcome for property related real estate transactions.

It is expected Council will establish a panel of 5 Valuers in order to ensure targeted services, service availability, independence and value for money. The distribution of work will be at Council's discretion.

The appointment will be for a period of two (3) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years at Council's discretion.
