Agnes Water State School. Production of Telephone Guide.

Invitation for Tender.

The Agnes Water State School Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) invites sealed tenders/quotations for the provision of services for the co-ordination and production of the Telephone Guide 2016, Seventeen Seventy, Agnes Water, Round Hill and Captain Creek areas.

The tender to include quotes for:
1. Phone book compilation - including the mangement of all personal and advertising listings, confirming current listings and procuring new listings. Account management, digital design and layout of phone book, design of yellow, white inside cover and back cover, design of front and back cover, updating of maps and tide charts. Providing proofs to all businesses and the P&C. Creating print-ready files and providing copies to the P&C.
2. Printing - co-ordinate the printing of 500 phone books. Each book, including 2 x A4 colour covers of 250 gsm, 2 x A4 colour inside covers on white gloss, 1 x A4 colour page on white 80 gsm paper (page 1), 42 x A4 B&W pages on white 80 gsm paper, 108 pages on yellow 80 gsm paper.
3. Binding - provision of binding appropriate for 150 page book.

The P&C reserves the right to accept/reject any bid as per P&C Qld policy

Incomplete and/or late submitted tenders shall not be considered.

Samples of previous editions can be obtained through Agnes Water State School.
