Heritage Works, on behalf of the State Heritage Office and the site owners, Main Roads Western Australia, are seeking suitably qualified contractors and trade staff to tender on the attached conservation and maintenance works package to the Coogee Hotel & Post Office (fmr.)

The Coogee Hotel & Post Office (fmr.) has been registered on the State Register of Heritage Places. All works undertaken on the site are to be carried out to the highest conservation standards.

An Addenda to this tender will be issued on Friday 13th November and will include the electrical and structural drawing sets as part of these works.
