Corowa Shire Council are calling for tenders for the supply and install of a smart water metering system within Corowa Shire. This will include replacement of the current meter fleet.

The Contractor can choose to deliver Smart Water Meter technology in either of the following two ways:
1. A Metering Interface Unit (MIU) fitted on a separate (mechanical) water meter. The MIU reads flow pulses from the water meter and includes telemetry to transmit data.
OR
2. An Integrated AMR Water Meter: a single-unit device consisting of a water meter with in-built telemetry to transmit the data.
