The Bowling Green - Landscape and Construction Works
The following is a summary of the proposed works of this RFT which will be delivered in two separable portions (Milestones):
a) Earthworks and pavement works to allow for the extension of the existing carpark to accommodate an additional 56 car spaces of decomposed granite finishes and asphalt road surface with line marking, wheel stops and signage.
b) Regrading and drainage works including stormwater swale and sub-surface works.
c) Provision of concrete stairs and handrails
d) Provision of concrete hardstand and decomposed granite pathways with steel edging.
e) Tree removal and the provision of tree plantings, garden beds and turf areas.
f) Installation of lighting and electrical works
