Water Wastewater Projects — Expression of Interest Remote Aboriginal communities, WA
WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff has been appointed by the WA Housing Authority AHS Planning to design and construct a number of water and wastewater capital works projects on remote Aboriginal communities in WA. The works include water storage ground tanks, elevated tanks, upgrading transfer pumps and associated pipework, upgrading and extending existing wastewater treatment ponds, upgrading wastewater pump stations, upgrading switchboards and new pressure mains.
Expressions of Interest are called from suitably qualified and licensed contractors with experience in working on remote Aboriginal communities to undertake the construction works on site. Construction works are scheduled for 2016 and 2017. It is expected that three packages based on location, East kImberley, Pilbara and Goldfields, will be offered in 2016 with the balance, mainly West Kimberley and the Goldfields in 2017.
