IT Consultants
The Busselton Jetty Environment and Conservation Association (BJECA)
Will invite open Tenders for the supply of Information Technology system integration services in March/April 2016. The offered services will involve the consolidation of primary information systems, point of sale and online bookings systems.
In the interim BJECA is seeking Expressions of Interest from technology vendors to develop the high level requirements and inputs into the Business Case and scope of work for the project leading to the issue of a Request for Tender (RFT) for Stage 2.
Expressions of Interest must be submitted by COB Wednesday December 23 2015 via email to ceo@busseltonjetty.com.au including a written response no more than 5 pages outlining:
a) Previous experience in providing recommendation/business case for consolidation of primary information systems, communication systems, point of sale and online bookings systems;
b) Three recent trade references for similar projects;
c) Quote for business plan to be completed before March/April 2016;
d) In depth understanding of current and future information technology systems that are world class;
e) Understanding of tourism related IT business needs.
