Invitation to Tender Landfill Perimeter Fencing

This tender must be completed, signed and returned clearly marked "Landfill - Perimeter Fencing", to the Conargo Shire Council (Council) administration building by 4:00 p.m., 12th February, 2016. Bids will be acceptable by mail, fax or email. It is the responsibility of the contractor to confirm that such bid has been received by Council. The contract calls for the following work:

To install an 1800mm chainlink security fence and associated access gates around the perimeter of the Blighty, Conargo, Pretty Pine and Wanganella rubbish tips as per Schedule "A", scope of work details.

To install an internal litter fence at Blighty and Wanganella rubbish tips.

All work is to be completed no later than May 31st, 2016.

Tenders must be in writing and include the full scope of the work.

Council will not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, or to accept the tender which Council deems to be in its own best interest.
