Telstra plans to upgrade a telecommunications facility at Tower Trial CAIRNCROSS 2446 NSW (Lot 7001, DP1028954)
1. The proposal consists of the removal of two (2) antennas, the installation of four (4) new panel antennas, the installation of four (4) twin tower mounted amplifiers (TMAs) near the proposed antennas and the installation of ancillary equipment.
2. Telstra regards the proposed installation as a Low-impact Facility under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities)
Determination 1997 ("The Determination") based on the description above.
