Bertoldi Architects Pty Ltd. Expressions of Interest. Mcauley College, Beaudesert. Stage One - New Secondary Catholic College for Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE).

Building firms are invited to submit written Expressions of Interest for consideration in a selected tender. The works shall include four (4) single level new buildings and associated works:
* Block 1 - Administration & Staff Centre
GFA: 500sqm + 40sqm covered entries.

* Block 2 - Classroom Cluster
GFA: 350sqm + 209sqm covered areas.

* Block 3 - Junior Years' Specialist Studios
GFA: 480sqm + 260sqm covered areas.

* Block 8 - PE Covered Area and Facilities
GFA: 1030sqm.

* Associated Works - Including internal paths; services connecting to civil trunk services; landscaping and rain water storage tank.

A separate civil works contract will commence in February 2016 and earth work platforms are scheduled to be suitable for building works by late April 2016.

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 17 February 2016 (closing on 16 March 2016), with work to commence 26 April 2016 for completion end of november 2016.

Applicants should forward their submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current and full data; financial status and current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works. Short-listed tenderers must be prepared to provide sufficient financial data to allow due diligence investigation.
