Tender Description

This contract is for the provision of a Managed Services Program & Vendor Management Services for Contingent Labour Requirements that will be made available for use by members of Procurement Australia at their discretion and in conjunction with Procurement Australia's current and future standing offer panel contracts for provision of contingent labour.

The Contract requires a Managed Services Program (MSP) underpinned by the contractor provided Vendor Management System (VMS) software and software services. The MSP Provider, the contractor, will deploy VMS technology to engage, manage and report Procurement Australia member's contingent labour requirements. To maintain the neutral status of the MSP provider; no entity can be an MSP provider and a provider of Contingent Labour concurrently.

The contract is for the period commencing 01 April 2016 and ending 31 December 2018 with the potential for two (2) twelve (12) month options to extend.
