PW Architecture. Registration of Tenderers. Expressions of Interest are invited from builders for the construction of a year 3 primary classroom building at Rivermount College, Yatala.
The building consists of single storey slab on ground, with brick veneer and light weight construction.
The works consists of 3 x classrooms, staff area and associated storerooms, undercover and outdoor areas.
Construction is scheduled to commence by April 2016.
Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar type / size and referees.
Submissions are to be forwarded in both hardcopy and softcopy formats to the below address and received by 3rd February 2016.
