Tender Description
The department is frequently required to investigate options and develop business cases for a range of office accommodation and property divestment scenarios in metropolitan and regional NSW. Corporate Operations Branch, which coordinates these projects, has identified a future pipeline of work requiring timely, consistent and economical specialist advice from experienced corporate and government real estate professionals.
To service this requirement it is intended to establish a period contract, initially for 3 years with 2 further one year options. The scope of the services to be provided under this contract include:
* Developing office accommodation strategies and leasing scenarios
* Preparing business cases in accordance with NSW Treasury guidelines and policies
* Undertaking investigations and preparing advice and recommendations on leasing and office accommodation matters
* Providing advice and assistance to facilitate property asset disposal planning
* Undertaking other projects commensurate with the knowledge, skills and experience required to provide the above services
