Tenders are invited for a Register of Preferred Suppliers for Goods and/or Services as listed:
Products/ Goods Description of Goods/Products Required
Electrical Supplies - Industrial General commercial / Industrial type electrical products. Eg. Switch boards, cable, Commercial lighting.
Bulk water treatment chemicals Chemical supplies for potable water, pool and waste water treatment
Quarry type products Road Base, Aggregates, Sand etc
Bitumen Products Premix, Liquid Emulsion etc
Services Description of Service Required
Tree Pruners / Arborist Pruning and removal of trees inc stump grinding
Water Testing Treated, Untreated and Waste Water
Data / CCTV Supply and installation of data cabling and CCTV cameras
Specialised Electrical Contractors Instrumentation, PLC’s, SCADA, Communications
Bitumen Services Seal and reseal works

In accordance with Section 228(7)(b) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, Council may negotiate with all persons who have submitted a tender to change their specifications after the closing date specified by Council.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Tenders are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and endorsed with the relevant Tender Number and Title as listed above. Tenders must be lodged at Council’s Administration Centre, 12 Mosman Street, Charters Towers QLD 4820.
Tenders are to be submitted no later than 2.00pm on Tuesday, 1st March 2016.
