Peter O'Brien is an established and respected builder of Defence Force Housing and in addition to our ACT projects under construction we seek Sydney subcontractors with capacity to deliver tender pricing for the above and future projects. (kellyville 8 houses, Hoxton Park 24 houses).
Peter O'Brien Constructions seeks all residential construction trades for this tender:
* Bricklayers
* Concretors
* Excavation & site Preparations
* Ceramic Tiling
* Carpentry Framing, fixout etc.
* External Cladding
* Roofing & Rainwater Plumbing
* Plastering
* Windows
* Painting
* Joinery
* Plumber, Electrical, Mechanical, - ALL TRADES REQUIRED.
* Carpet & Vinyl Flooring
* Frames & Truss Manufacture
* Landscaping, etc
