RFQ 2016/025 Upgrade of Public Amenities for Forest Rugby Club Building

Council requires the services of a building contractor with a proven performance record to upgrade the identified public amenities to meet the level of service to the community. The building identified for proposed upgrade of the public amenities is currently occupied by Forest Rugby Club at Melwood Avenue, Forestville and is a single storey brick building with a metal roof. It consists of male and female toilets, change rooms, clubroom with kitchen and two disabled toilets where one of these is open to general public.

The Works are to be delivered as a Lump Sum Firm Price contract under AS4905-2002 with amendments.
