Warringah Council (Council) invites tenders for inclusion in the Stormwater Maintenance Works Panel (Panel). Tenderers will need to demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required services to Council. Council requires the provision of the Works over a range of disciplines as listed below:

* Sub Panel 1 Closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection
Stormwater asset inspection with appropriate CCTV equipment, minimum 2 operators with confined spaces entry accreditation

* Sub Panel 2 Mechanical pipe cleaning and waste removal
High pressure jetting of stormwater assets including root cutting with vacuum waste removal, minimum 2 operators with confined spaces entry accreditation
Mechanical removal of obstructions within stormwater assets by robotics, minimum 2 operators with confined spaces entry accreditation
Waste disposal

* Sub Panel 3 Services locating
Hand held services locator
Non-destructive excavation
Ground penetrating radar (GPR)
Survey work, total station or Global Positioning System (GPS)
Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)

* Sub Panel 4 Gross pollutant trap (GPT) maintenance
GPT cleaning
Loading, transport and disposal of waste resulting from GPT cleaning works carried out under the contract
Loading, transport and disposal of waste resulting from Council GPT cleaning works

* Sub Panel 5 Continuous deflection system (CDS) unit maintenance (cleaning and waste disposal)

Cleaning using clamshell grab
Cleaning using vacuum loading
CDS unit waste disposal

* Sub Panel 6 Surveying
Total station surveying
Global Positioning System (GPS) surveying
Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)

* Sub Panel 7 Pipe patching and relining
Patching of pipe defects DN300 to DN600

* Sub Panel 8 Stormwater maintenance, General
2 person crew, general stormwater maintenance.
3 person crew, Confined Space Entry general stormwater maintenance.

Disposal of waste, Mixed waste and vegetation

* Sub Panel 10, Plant hire
Hire of any plant required to perform maintenance activities
The contract term is: One year with four 12 Month options at Council's discretion.
