The Victorian Legal Services Board is the regulator for the legal profession in Victoria.

The Board is seeking expressions of interest to tender for appointment to the Board’s External Intervention Panel. Through this process the Board expects to identify suitable candidates to be invited to formally tender for the provision of External Intervention services.

Panel members may be called upon to fill one or more of the following roles within the meaning of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria):
* As a supervisor of trust money held by a law practice,
* As a manager of a law practice and/or
* As a court-appointed receiver of regulated property.

Invitees are advised that placement on the Panel is not a contract to provide services. Rather, the Panel is a list of suitably qualified persons who are eligible to be appointed as the need arises to exercise statutory functions.
