Tender Description
For The Southport School Junior Campus Lupus Street, Southport QLD Expressions of Interest are invited for the following projects:
1. Civil Works Associated with New Drop Off and Car Parking area From suitably experienced civil contractors for the Roadworks, Stormwater, Sewerage, Water, Line Marking and Erosion and Sediment Control. The works include work to be handed to Gold Coast City Council and Internal Private Works. Anticipated commencement on site 23 May 2016.
2. Building Works for Drop Off Shelters From licensed builders for the new drop off shelters (approx. 500 m2). Anticipated Commencement on site 18 July 2016.
3. Landscape Works From licensed landscape contractors for the landscape works associated with the new drop off and car parking area (approx. 7,289 m2).
Anticipated commencement on site 18 July 2016. The projects can be undertaken by one contractor or split into separate projects.
A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered.
